Please, read below the main rules and regulations stipulated at the hotel.

The Hotel engages a third-party company to provide the Self-Parking Service. Parking places are very limited in South Beach. Please DO NOT LEAVE valuable items on your car as we cannot be responsible for them. Use the spots between floors 5th to 7th (DO NOT USE SPOTS MARKED AS RESERVED). We are not responsible for any damages to the vehicle or missing items. Park your vehicle correctly to avoid any issues. The guest can enjoy unlimited in/out access to the garage, just make sure you have your access card with you, or you won’t be able to exit the garage. The garage management might apply extra charges if this issue arises. A deposit of $50.00 is required to use this service and it is refundable on the same credit card that was issued. (We do not cash for this deposit) once the access card is returned to the Front Desk. The guest is responsible for any damages or missing items at all times, We cannot be responsible for any damage to the car but we can certainly do the appropriate claim to the Valet Company.

Hotel room rates are subject to change without notice. Hotel rate is non-refundable. If you made a reservation, in order to get a refund, you must cancel no later than 72 hours prior to arrival, by 3 PM. The total of 1 daily rate will be held as security at the reservation. Cancellation has to be made by email at reservations@fashionboutiquehotel.com

In an effort to make every guest stay as comfortable as possible, the rooms at Fashion Boutique Hotel and the common interior are non-smoking. if any type of smoke or incident is detected within the mentioned area there will be a penalty fee of USD 300.00 to restore the room to its original purity. Regular tobacco is the only smoke allowed at the terrace and exterior entrance.

Here at Fashion Boutique Hotel we take care of the safety and tranquility of our guests. If the safety or peacefulness of one of our guests is put in jeopardy the responsible party will be checked out immediately, no refunds. No more than 4 people are allowed in any of the rooms with two double beds. No more than two people are allowed in the rest of the rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in rooms; any extra person staying in the room will be charged USD 25.00 per day and subject to the Hotel rules and regulations, which may be requested at check in. If you fail to inform the front desk regarding the extra person, the fee will be charged from the first day. No visitors are allowed in the rooms. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid photo ID at check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission and stay.

The hotel charges a mandatory Resort Fee of $22.00 per accommodation per night. It includes unlimited access to Wi-Fi, local phone calls, beach towels, and bottled waters (2 per room per stay), morning and afternoon snacks provided at FrontDesk station. This fee should be collected in full prior to check-in.

Incidental charges are taken at the time of check in; currently they are USD 100 PER ROOM / PER STAY. These charges are refundable at time of check out for any portion not used. In the event of Holidays and or special events this rate can be higher. Incidentals are considered anything that can or will be consumed while you are a guest with us. i.e.: telephone usage, damages to the room, beach towels (25/towel or towel card lost), etc. In the event that missing Hotel belongings or damages are found to be in excess to the retained deposit the Guest will pay to the Hotel with the credit card on file for the FULL amount of the incidental. The Hotel can also charge the customer AFTER the check out if incidentals are found.

Fashion Boutique Hotel assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles left outside the safe box or inside the room. If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 30 calendar days, the Management has the right to dispose of these items.
